Welcome to ThesAi! By downloading, accessing, or using the ThesAi application and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Our Consumer-First Promise

ThesAi is an independent travel intelligence engine. We do not accept payment to artificially boost or prioritize hotels, flights, or attractions. Our recommendations are driven entirely by data, safety, and your personal preferences.

2. AI-Generated Content & Disclaimers

  • Dynamic Information: ThesAi generates itineraries using advanced artificial intelligence and real-time data. While we strive for absolute accuracy, real-world conditions (such as opening hours, weather, or local closures) can change rapidly.
  • No Booking Liability: Currently, ThesAi provides the "blueprint" for your trip, but you are responsible for executing actual bookings (flights, hotels, transport). We are not liable for booking errors, pricing changes, or issues with third-party travel providers.
  • User Discretion: You agree to exercise common sense and adhere to all local laws and safety advisories while traveling. ThesAi is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or travel disruptions resulting from following our itineraries.

3. User Conduct & Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use our chatrooms and community features. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not reverse-engineer our routing algorithms, scrape our data, or use our Service for commercial resale without explicit permission.

4. Community Guidelines & Chatrooms

  • Purpose & Public Nature: Our geo-fenced chatrooms are strictly for sharing travel tips, hacks, and guidance with fellow travelers—not for casual chatting. Please be aware that ALL messages are public and visible to everyone in the local chatroom.
  • User Discretion & Verification: Our chatrooms and community lounges are gated by verified users; however, we cannot guarantee absolute assurance of every user. You must review, read, and use such posted information at your own discretion and risk.
  • Zero Tolerance for Abuse: ThesAi reserves the right to remove posts or messages, shadowban, or permanently ban any users who cause harm, misbehave, or act disrespectfully toward anyone across the globe. This is not a platform for abuse.
  • Reporting Violations & Automatic Bans: Every interaction on the platform includes options to mute or flag abusive users. Accumulating 3 flags from the community will result in an automatic ban. You may also directly write to [email protected] in case of any severe violations.

5. Subscription & Billing

Certain premium features (e.g., live agent support, real-time alerts) require a paid subscription. All fees are clearly displayed prior to purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property & User Content

By posting tips or itineraries to the public lounge, you grant ThesAi a perpetual, non-exclusive license to display this content to help future travelers. You retain all ownership rights to your original content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThesAi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
